6 Step Process: Let's take a quick look at the steps involved in the home building process.


Step 1

Pre-construction Planning Stage: Property Survey. Review of building code and bylaws, select a home plan, grading and lot plans, engineering & municipal approvals.


Step 2

Construction Contracts & Permits Stage: All constructions documents & plans are submitted to the city for approval and permits. After the aforementioned reviews are completed and approved, construction permits are issued by the municipality.


Step 3

Excavation & Demolition Stage: The first step in the home construction process is the home site development. At this phase any existing structures, if present, on the home site are demolished and removed. After the lot is cleared and ready for construction the excavation begins.


Step 4

Home Construction Stage: The foundation and framing of the home will start the process of construction followed by electrical and plumbing systems. The construction phase will be completed by the interior designer with finishing selected by the home owner.


Step 5

Quality Assurance Stage: Before you move in, our hardworking team will walk with you from one room to another to provide you with a complete orientation of all the features in your new home. When the orientation is complete we hand over your keys! - time to celebrate!


Step 6

Customer Care Stage: After you move in and spend some time in your new home we will contact you to ask for your feedback. Customer satisfaction survey is an essential part of our business and we make sure that we get feedback from all our clients.
